World Alzheimer’s Day

Today is World Alzheimer's Day. I didn't even know there was such a thing until I happen upon Carolyn King's website, Heart to Heart.
Alzheimer's is such a sad disease. I remember when my grandmother was suffering from it and how I felt so sorry that she was missing out on so much of her life. And my poor Mom, how sad to see your Mom not recognizing you any longer. I just can't image it. :-(
So anyways, back to Carolyn's site. You need to hop on over there because she has the most amazing blog candy that you will ever see. To enter into her contest you must make a card and send it to a care giver, of someone with Alzheimer's, to thank them for the tremendous job they have undertaken.
